Oxygen Season
The Oxygen Season is a ground-breaking joint venture between the Royal Conservatoire
of Scotland and The University of Edinburgh's Centre for the Arts, curated by acclaimed
musician and conductor Peter Manning.
Colours
New works of artistic excellence by Vincent Hantam, dance artist in residence at Moray House
School of Education. The work is in collaboration with set designers from Royal Conservatoire
of Scotland, costume designers from Edinburgh College of Art and set to music by emerging
composers at the Reid School of Music.

Anne Liis Poll & Anto Pett
Electro-acoustic improvised music with film, featuring two grand pianos and a projector.
This ground-breaking collaborative venture has been conceived between the Royal
Conservatoire of Scotland and Edinburgh University. Anne-Liis Poll and Anto Pett lead
free improvisations for voice, two pianos, live electro-acoustics and mixed media.

Music of Charlotte Seither
A unique opportunity to hear these extraordinary works prior to their outing at the BBC Proms.
German composer Seither adapts the words of the 17th-century poet Francesco de Lemene.

Proceeds from the Oxygen Season will fund bursaries for MSc Dance Science and Education
and Music Composition Students at The University of Edinburgh. The 2012 Dance Artist in
Residence initiative at Moray House was supported by Creative Scotland.
